HealthPointe Insurance Solutions is a locally owned, community-based, independent firm, in Springfield, Missouri, specializing in employee benefits and benefit administration solutions.
HealthPointe Insurance Solutions is co-owned and managed by Cindy J. Elston who has been a licensed professional insurance agent since 1990.
Our sister office, HealthPointe, is located in Fort Smith, Arkansas and is owned and managed by Jennifer Parks who also heads up our Workplace Wellness division.
Cindy J. Elston and Jennifer Parks met while working together as producers for a big brokerage office where they both worked for nearly a decade and honed their skills and gained invaluable experience and knowledge. And they both left that "Big Agency" environment to start their labor of love and a place where customer service could be #1.
We are very proud of the fact that we took the leap of faith and started our own Agencies and it has paid off in a growing customer base of valued partners who we also call our clients. Company owners and Human Resource professionals appreciate our agency where time and attention is the #1 focus for our customers’ requests.
