Cindy Elston Bio

Cindy is a Southwest Missouri native and started as an Insurance Professional in 1991.  After receiving her business degree she went to work for Farmer Insurance Group, then accepted an Executive position with a local Health carrier for eight years.

 She achieved selling the 1st local School consortium with over 3,000 employees combined benefits and worked with actuaries rating those benefits.

In 2001, she took a position as an Executive Vice President in the Benefits division with
an Independent Brokerage firm for nine years.  Since that time Cindy has earned several awards including trips all over the country and she also won the largest National Benefits contests for a brand new red convertible!   She was awarded this for doing what she is passionate about, providing solutions and fair pricing for benefits.   

Cindy continues to utilize her experience in the risk analysis, reporting and evaluation of employee benefits, providing strategic marketing and consulting for quality outcomes.  

She has been a member of NAIFA for over 15 years and served on the board for three years (National Association Insurance Financial Advisors) she is also a member of NAHU. (National Association of Health Underwriters)

When not working with clients, Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband and children, hiking, guitar, riding, and helping others.
