Simone Hite, Regional Account Manager for Aflac and enrollment team leader for HealthPointe Insurance Solutions

Simone Hite is in her 10th year with Aflac and as an independent insurance agent. She was the regional’s Agent of the Year in 2010 and has been in the top 10 agents in the state of Missouri several times. She is health and life licensed presently in 8 states. She places major importance on customer service with a hands-on approach and has experience with groups of all sizes. She is a member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, NAIFA and the Association of Contemporary Executives. Simone believes in giving back to the community, belonging to several cancer and community causes. She is the mother of 3 grown children.
